HealthScreen™ uses simple text/SMS dialogs to ask the employee a short list of questions to determine if the employee is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has been exposed to COVID-19 through contact with another individual. It then provides a daily report to you detailing the time and date of "YES" responses, "NO" responses, and "Non-responses".
These reports are maintained by you to demonstrate that you are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Keeping your data secure is our highest priority. Once you give us the go-ahead, we will send you credentials for our secured ftp site. This is where you can send us your employee list as an Excel or CSV file. For your protection, we ask that this information NOT be sent via unsecured email.
HealthyVisitor™ uses a simple text/SMS dialog and a web-based interface to ask visitors your organization’s specific health screen questionnaire and track their entrance and departure from your facility.
Upon arrival at your facility, visitors scan a unique QR code with their phone. The system walks them through the process of recording their name, contact information, and responses to your health screen questionnaire. If they meet the criteria for safe entry, they are presented with a colored screen displaying a unique code number. This screen is then shown to your organization’s receptionist, security personnel, or safety personnel. The unique number displayed can also be used as a confidential identification number for organizations who are manually recording visitor temperatures.
Reports of all visitors are provided daily. These reports are maintained by you to demonstrate that you are in compliance with federal, state, or local regulations. As an added feature, HealthyVisitor™ can be used to record when visitors leave your facility, thereby providing full-circle on-site tracking.
